1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Handles and Profiles

The Service allows you to claim a handle (e.g., bb.bi/yourhandle) and create a public profile page. You agree that:

• Handles are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove any handle at our sole discretion, including handles that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
• Inactive handles (no login for 12 consecutive months on free plans) may be reclaimed.
• Handles are not your property. You receive a license to use a handle, not ownership of it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content
• Engage in spamming, scraping, or automated access to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, without prior notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including your display name, bio, links, and page content. By submitting User Content, you grant Glory Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
